Village at Snowfield Welcomes First Residents
WPM Real Estate Management is pleased to announce that the first residents have moved into Village at Snowfield, a new 102-townhome rental community in Salisbury, Maryland.
The first 20 homes were delivered on July 1, marking an important milestone for the community as it begins welcoming residents to one of Salisbury's newest rental neighborhoods. When complete, Village at Snowfield will offer 102 thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhomes that combine modern conveniences with spacious, comfortable living.
Each home features Smart Home technology, including keypad entry, video doorbells, smart thermostats, and alarmed entryways, along with open-concept floor plans, granite countertops, breakfast bars, recessed lighting, plank flooring throughout both levels, and wood blinds. Spacious primary suites include private baths with double vanities, while every home also offers a double driveway, a 14-by-14 patio with privacy fence, and outdoor hose connections in both the front and rear yards.
Future community amenities will include walking trails, open green space, and a dedicated dog run, providing residents with opportunities to enjoy the outdoors close to home.
